BEAD SHUFFLE · PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Your game. Your information. Your choices.

Bead Shuffle: Color Puzzle · Effective October 16, 2026

This policy explains how the developer of Bead Shuffle: Color Puzzle ("we", "us" or "our") handles information in the iOS game and on this support website. It covers the game's server connection, advertising through AppLovin MAX, and attribution through Adjust. For support or privacy requests, contact shinji_ren_01@proton.me.

1. At a glance

  • Gameplay progress and preferences are stored on your device. You do not need to enter an email address or password to play.
  • The game also connects an installation-based server profile. Device identifiers, technical information, advertising events and attribution information can be sent off your device.
  • Rewarded and interstitial ads are enabled. Advertising and measurement partners process information under their policies and applicable privacy choices.
  • Core gameplay can remain available when a server request fails. Pending network reports may be sent after connectivity returns.
  • This website has no added advertising, analytics scripts or contact forms. Its hosting provider still processes requests needed to deliver and protect it.

2. Information handled by the game

CategoryExamples and handling
Local progress and settingsLevels, coins, energy, items, themes, daily challenges, rewards, sound, music, vibration and records that prevent duplicate rewards are stored in local save files and backups. The current game does not provide complete cloud-save or cross-device progress restoration.
Installation and server profileA generated installation identifier, backend user identifier, app identifier, version and build are used to register an installation and retrieve its server profile on later launches. Identifiers and server responses are cached locally.
Device and connection informationDevice model, operating system, language, locale-derived country, time zone, connection type, screen properties, processor and technical request information. Servers and SDK providers receive an IP address when the device connects; partners may infer approximate location from it.
Device and advertising identifiersThe iOS identifier for vendor (IDFV), advertising identifier (IDFA) when available and permitted, and identifiers assigned by advertising or attribution services, including Adjust. These can distinguish an installation or device without including your name.
Advertising activity and revenueAd requests, availability, impressions, interactions, completions, reward callbacks, format, placement, ad unit, network, counts and diagnostic information. Reports can include estimated revenue, currency, eCPM and revenue precision associated with an installation or server user.
Attribution and measurementInstalls and app sessions, Adjust identifiers, source network, tracker, campaign, ad group, creative, attribution callback time and campaign cost information where available. These measure how players find the game and how advertising performs.
Support correspondenceYour email address, displayed sender name, message, attachments and technical details you choose to send. Provide only information needed to investigate your request.

The game's own features do not request access to contacts, the camera, microphone, photo library or precise GPS location. Advertising partners can receive technical and interaction data through their SDKs as described in their policies. Screenshots you voluntarily send to support may contain information visible on your screen.

3. Why information is used

We use information to operate the game and server profile; preserve local settings and rewards; load and display ads; validate ad completion and avoid duplicate rewards; measure advertising revenue and acquisition performance; investigate errors or misuse; answer support requests; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the purpose and jurisdiction. It may include providing a service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service where allowed, legal obligations, or consent for processing that requires it. Device permission prompts and applicable advertising consent screens provide choices for the processing they cover.

4. Server connection and offline operation

The game uses the PlayCloud integration to connect to its backend at flecha.vip. On first connection it registers an installation-based profile; on later launches it requests user information. The backend can receive the identifiers and technical information described above, advertising revenue and attribution reports. There is no email/password sign-in screen.

Core gameplay does not depend on a server request succeeding. The app can retry eligible connection failures in the background. Some identifiers, attribution results, ad counters and pending reports are stored locally and may be submitted when connectivity returns. Going offline does not necessarily delete information already collected or prevent a later submission.

This server profile is separate from a complete cloud backup of your levels, currency and other progress. Reinstalling or changing devices may not restore your save.

5. Advertising and attribution partners

AppLovin MAX mediates rewarded and interstitial ads. Adjust provides attribution and measurement, including ad revenue measurement. Their SDKs and participating networks may process device identifiers, IP addresses, app and device information, ad interactions and measurement data. Depending on permissions, region and partner configuration, this can include personalized advertising and measurement across apps or services.

The integrated advertising adapters are listed below. Not every partner serves an ad on every launch; participation depends on availability, mediation configuration and applicable choices. The integration also supplies revenue signals to InMobi and Mintegral for measurement and optimization.

Partners may use their own service providers and advertising partners. Their policies explain their processing, retention and available privacy controls. Where partners determine their own purposes for processing, their policies apply in addition to this notice.

6. Your advertising choices

On iOS, review tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you deny tracking permission, the app cannot obtain an authorized IDFA through that permission, and you can still play. Denying tracking does not turn off all ads or all operational, security and measurement processing.

Where applicable, a consent screen supplied through the advertising integration may offer additional choices. Tracking permission and advertising consent are different controls. Available options depend on your region, device and the partner's interface. For help with a choice or withdrawal request, use the partner privacy links or email us. There is currently no separate in-game privacy dashboard.

7. Other disclosures and international processing

Information is shared with the backend, advertising and measurement services above, and providers that deliver this website and support email. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights or respond to security issues.

Some advertising disclosures may be considered a "sale", "sharing" or processing for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is paid for the data itself. Where those laws apply, you may request applicable opt-outs using the controls and contact methods in this policy.

Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. Provider-specific information is available in their policies; contact us with questions about your information.

8. Retention, deletion and privacy requests

Local saves remain until removed or overwritten. Deleting the app can remove local data; offloading an iOS app may keep documents and data. Manage device and iCloud backups separately in Apple's settings. Uninstalling does not itself erase information already held by the backend, advertising partners, attribution services or our support mailbox.

Server, measurement and support information is retained for its purposes, taking account of service operation, support needs, security and fraud prevention, legal requirements and dispute resolution. Partner retention depends on their policies and configurations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every provider or data type.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

Email shinji_ren_01@proton.me with the subject Bead Shuffle Privacy Request. Describe your request and include the app version and a way to identify the installation if available. If you do not know that information, contact us first. Do not send passwords, payment details or authentication tokens. We may request proportionate information to locate records and verify your request. Independently controlled partner data may require a request directly to that partner.

9. Security

The game uses HTTPS for its configured backend connection. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Local progress depends on your device and backup settings. Avoid sharing sensitive information in support messages.

10. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires it. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in that group. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or support, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. A device's tracking restriction alone is not a parental consent mechanism.

11. This website and external services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. We have not added analytics scripts, advertising, contact forms or cookies of our own. Cloudflare processes information such as IP addresses, request and routing information to deliver and secure the site, and may apply its own security technologies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Email support is provided through Proton Mail; see the Proton Privacy Policy. Email links open your chosen email application. Other external links lead to services governed by their own policies.

Apple separately handles App Store activity, Apple Accounts, device backups and diagnostics you elect to share. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game, partners or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies this version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
